A Surprise 50th Birthday and a Graduation!

On Friday we had a surprise birthday for my dad's 50th birthday! Cindy flew Scott/Dre, Marianne and Adrianna here so all the kids could be here for his party!  It was a lot of fun and he was VERY surprised... it was awesome! We ate dinner at the Mandrin and had dessert and presents at home.

On Saturday we celebrated my mom graduating nursing school with with her bachelors in Nursing degree at Kneaders for breakfast.  We are all so proud of her and everything she has accomplished! She is such a great example to all of us.

Early Christmas at Gma and Papa Shields

We had an early Christmas at Grandma and Papa Shields because they'll be out of town over the Holidays. Grandma Terri made Nativity outfits for the kids and they acted out the nativity (as much as you can expect from a 4 1/2 yr old, 2 1/2 yr old and almost 2 yr old boys). We had a lot of fun opening presents and making gingerbread houses!

We had a fun and busy Halloween! We went and saw all the Grandparents and and did the Trick-or-Treating in Gma Terri's neighborhood with all the cousins.

We had a fun Halloween Party at Gma and Papa Shields' house.  We played games, decorated cookies, carved pumpkins and celebrated Jeff's birthday.

We went with Jeff's side of the family to the pumpkin patch and had so much fun!

Marianne came with the kids last month to bless Ethan and it was so much fun to see them.

I was getting ready and Miles decided he needed more cereal so he dumped the whole bag of dino bites on the ground.  We let the kids eat as much as they wanted before we cleaned it up and they were in heaven.

Poor Aaron wasn't feeling good and he fell asleep on the couch.
