Miles Scott Benedict

Miles Scott Benedict arrived Wednesday December 29, 2010 at 1:16 am. 7lbs and 19 3/4 inches. Everything happened really fast, by the time I realized I was having contractions it was about 10:45 so I called my mom at 11:00 to see if she could come down to stay with Peyton. We left and were at LDS Hospital by 11:30. When we arrived the nurse checked and I was dilated to a 6 and I really wanted my epidural. I had to wait longer than I wanted for it because he was with somebody else at the moment. Finally the anesthesiologist came and I felt a million times better. When my doctor arrived he broke my water and I started pushing immediately. After pushing for two contractions he was out! I still couldn't believe he was two weeks early and I couldn't believe it happened in only three hours. Luckily I have such a great husband and mom who cleaned my house and brought everything I needed to the hospital.

This was after the epidural so I was feeling much better.

Katie and Bobby got this for the grandkids so when we go boating they have something to ride on.

Peyton got this from Papa and he loves it.

Marianne came a few days before Christmas so she could spend some time with us since it was Nicks families Christmas this year. It was a lot of fun having her and Aaron here. We really miss them.

Christmas Party with Grandpa Paul's side of the family.

Peyton was so cute when he saw Santa come into the room. He followed behind him the whole way and when he sat down he started asking him when he was going to bring his presents.

Santa also makes balloons and Peyton got a blue frog.

Jeff's Graduation

We were so excited that Jeff graduated with his Computer Science Degree at the beginning of December. He has worked so hard these past few years and I am so proud of him.

"The BIGGEST snowman ever!"

It's another snowman post but I thought this was so cute. Peyton really wanted to go and play in the snow again and this time there was more snow and Jeff to help. We went outside and Peyton said he wanted "the biggest snowman ever!" so Jeff got started and just kept adding and adding to the snowman until it was about 7 ft tall. Peyton loved it!
