My friend Candice and I showing of our prego bellies! Candice's due date was the day we took this picture and I have three more months to go!!!

Reading Time at the Library

Last week we went to Story Time at the Library with my Mom and little brother William. We didn't know there was going to be firemen and a fire truck there. They read a story about what to do when there's a fire then we went outside to see the fire truck.

Wheeler Farm

Last week my Mother-in-law invited me and Peyton to go to Wheeler farm with her and my niece Halli. It was a lot of fun! Peyton went on his first pony ride, he was a little unsure about it when the horse started walking but he had a really fun time on it.
We went through a hay maze to find a pumpkin at the end. We also went on a hay ride, fed some ducks and saw many more animals.

Nobody told Peyton to do this and I thought it was so cute. He wanted his picture taken holding the skull by his face.

Marianne and Aaron Visiting!

A couple weeks ago Marianne called me and said can you pick me up at the airport tomorrow. I was surprised and excited and said yes of course. The day I picked her up was my Mom's birthday so she decided to surprise her. My sister Adrianna came down from Logan and watched Peyton so I could pick them up from the airport. Adrianna and I told my Mom to come to my house so we could go to lunch. When she got here we were playing in the backyard with the kids and she waved then realized Marianne and Aaron were with us. Her face was priceless and of course there were some tears from all of us. She definitely had a good surprise on her birthday.

One of the days they were here we went up to Logan to visit Adrianna and Brett. This was at a park right behind their apartment. Grammy going down the slide with Peyton because he was to scared to go by himself.

He got brave and went all by himself. (It was the slowest slide I've ever seen) He is a very cautious child.

We went to the Willow Park Zoo while we were there. This peacock flew out from behind the fence so we were trying to feed it but not get to close because it had a sharp beak. This is Brett letting it come really close.
Adrianna helping Peyton feed it.
Peyton loved feeding the ducks. We could have stayed there the whole time and he would have loved it.

Poor Marianne squished between Peyton and Aaron. They zonked out for the whole ride home.

Hike to Cecret Lake

A few weeks ago we went on a hike at Alta in the Albion Basin to Cecret Lake with the extended family on my Mom's side. Online it said the hike was a leisure one but I beg to differ. It was a really hard hike and I didn't think I would make it considering it's hard for me to walk at the grocery store with my ligament pain during this pregnancy but I managed and it was really pretty once we got to the top.

We saw a lot of Moose and this one got uncomfortably close.

Echo Island Campground

In August Adrianna, Sam, Peyton and I drove up for the last couple days where my Mom and Mark were camping with Meg and Will at Echo Island Campground up by Rockport.

Peyton's 1st time at the Dentist!

We went to the Dentist and it was Peyton's first time going. He did really well when they cleaned his teeth and he had no cavities!

Anniversary

August 14 was our 7 year anniversary!!! I can't believe it's been 7 years! Jeff bought me tickets to The Lion King at the capital theater and we went to P.F. Changs for dinner it was delicious! I am so grateful to have married Jeff, he's the best husband I could ever ask for!

Potty Training!!!

At the Beginning of August I started potty training Peyton. We hung out in the family room a lot the first week and drank a lot of drinks and had a lot of treats! He only had a few accidents the first week and since then he has done great with only one or two. I am so proud of him! He is doing great! Whenever he goes potty he has to come and get me so I can "see it" and whenever he talks to his Daddy on the phone the first thing he says is "Go potty on the toilet" in a really excited voice.

Fishing at East Canyon!

In August Jeff, Peyton, Brandon and Grandpa Ken went fishing up in East Canyon. Peyton LOVES going fishing with his Daddy!

Boating!

In June we went boating up at Pineview with the Kitchen side. My uncle Dave and Rick both brought up their boats and it was a lot of fun! Peyton wasn't to sure about being on the boat and when Jeff, Adrianna and Brett got on the tube he kept saying to stop so they could get back on the boat. I kept telling him even though they were screaming they had smiles on their faces because they were having fun. Peyton also kept telling us he wanted to go back to the sandbox... it was so cute!

Like father like son.

This took a bit of coaxing but we got Peyton on the tube and he actually liked it.
